Based in New Jersey, OM Trio is assaulting the nation with their brand of music, most recently dubbed elevator music for headbangers.   Clubs, colleges, festivals, senior citizen homes, hospitals, trailer parks and movie theaters are all warned: beware of OM Trio.  They are undoubtedly the most dangerous jazz/trance/metal/funk band you’ve ever seen. 

OM Trio has released five CDs (see discography), and their most recent GLOBALPOSITIONINGRECORD has been met with extensive critical acclaim (see press). In their four year history, OM Trio has performed in some of the best venues in the country, such as the Fillmore and Great American Music Hall in SF, House of Blues in Chicago, Bowery Ballroom in NYC, Tipitina’s in New Orleans, and the Fox Theater and Boulder Theater in Boulder, CO.  

OM Trio considers themselves students of culture.  As they travel around the country, you will find the band videotaping countless truckers, strippers, Elvis-wanna-be’s, and maybe someday YOU.  They plan to someday release these tapes in a 15 DVD box entitled Jazz Entropy.
